Refund policy

Returns
Sometimes things turn to custard. If this happens here is what we will do.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product is damaged on receipt, please advise us of the problem. We are not bastards – we will repair, replace or credit within 28 days of return.

If you no longer want the product…first, give yourself an uppercut. Then get in touch to find out how to return it in saleable condition within 7 days. We will offer you a credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges 
We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at beigehq@beigebrigade.co.nz and send your item with some money for return postage (for us) to: Beige Brigade Ltd, PO Box 17158, Karori, Wellington, New Zealand 6012. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Beige Brigade Ltd, PO Box 17158, Karori, Wellington, WGN, Wellington 6012, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
